The beginning of our journey with cBot
The team at e247 were introduced to the team behind cBot ("the technology") and discussions began with light investment to trial the technology and concept, and begin working on it as a project with potential commercialisation potential.
The Community begins
After very productive discussions and successful results rendered from our own internal trials, we privately invited some known contacts (entrepreneurs with an appetite for risk and reward). These were our first members and all have remained invested in the project to-date.
The future in envisioned
Both teams worked together to identify risks and adopt mitigation strategies, reserve funds, objectives and goals - where + how + when the project should begin pushing towards commercialisation. The cBot team began a major upgrade. The Community continued to grow.
The beginning of a commercialisation path
The cBot system had been a constant development by cBot (the technology - licence owners). The partnership for e247 is to prepare-manage future compliance as a Financial Management Company (this is the Avid8 reference). The entire set up is still currently "a project".
Middle ground with a plan
The Switch is the end of migration and a new base platform forward (a second phase) where the plan rates drop to allow for the establishment of a budget, and where we continue to best reward early members whilst allowing new entrepreneurs the opportunity to trial the platform.

Both are private parties to a partnership (documented) whilst remaining separate, and responsible for a share of roles within the project. The technology is owned and licensed by the group we refer to as "cBot" and we, the team behind the Community are "earn247". The brand will change once our planned commercialisation stages are conclusive, and they include the formal establishment of commercial structure and appropriate licensing. This will move the "private project" (current status) into a "publicly regulated FMC product" in due course, a process that will realistically take two years to finalise.
No, it is not and we are not regulated or licensed - this is a private project which means we are "not regulated, and not licensed". We are unable to market, advertise or sell a financial product publicly, there is no prospectus or offer and we do not ever solicit. Therefore, we only work with known contacts (who opt to become members) and as of July 2026 we've provided for an application process to vet any external entrepreneurs who understand risk and reward, and wish to participate. This website is not Google indexed (should not appear in search results) and this website aims to provide content, history, and context only - this website and the Community is for members only and is free to join.

Our members span a wide range — from experienced day traders to people completely new to anything crypto, all entrepreneurial at heart, all friendly, positive and supportive - because let's face it, we have had a few glitches along the way. Members are spread across the world, although all speak English (we have no translation ability). This is a project, not a polished product. It's private, not public. This opportunity is for a marginal group of people who understand and accept terms, risks, rewards, and contribute valuable opinions, suggestions and feedback - this is the reason why we reward the earlier members (in three stages total, fourth is commercialisation).
